One of the world's greatest squash players will teach her workout routine on Instagram - and she is from Macc.

Macclesfield-born athlete Emily Whitlock (27), who now resides in Colwyn Bay, Wales, is revealing her exercise routine to her fans and fellow sportspersons for a limited period of time.

It is as she is currently in isolation from coronavirus, so cannot train, compete, or provide her in-person personal trainer classes.

"I've set up a private Insta page for me to take live workouts while I'm in isolation", the squash player said.

"Message @emwhitlock for more info".

She'll be doing a session every day until next Thursday, with the exception of Sunday May 30.

One of Brtain's most talented squash players, Emily is currently ranked 28th in the world, according to the Professional Squash Association.
