Macclesfield Railway Station is at the centre of the plot for this new Christmas film.

Your Christmas Or Mine? is a rom-com starring Asa Butterfield, Cora Kirk, and Danny Mays.

The film is about a student couple visiting each other's families for Christmas, one of which are based in Macc.

There are a few differences from the real Macclesfield Railway Station, such as digital train time boards which aren't actually there.

Unfortunately, no actual filming took place in Macclesfield. But with the film's International release, it will raise the profile (or certainly Google searches) of our town.
