Macclesfield Job of the Week: Site Maintenance Officer at The Fallibroome Academy

Then there's a cracking job that has popped up in Macclesfield just for you.
It is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all-year round.
It pays NJC Grade 5, SCP 7-11 which is £22,369 to £24,054, and is at a secondary school and sixth form in Macclesfield.
"The Fallibroome Academy requires a Site Maintenance Officer to join the friendly team," said the Academy in a statement.
"The main purpose of the role is to keep the premises secure, clean, and in good repair, ensuring that the school is maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will be proactive, positive and energetic.
"The successful candidate will have responsibility for opening up and closing the buildings (on a weekly rotating shift pattern). During term time the building is opened at 6.30am, locking up is more variable depending on planned school activities, such as parents' evenings and productions.
"During school holidays, the building is usually opened slightly later and closed earlier. Some flexibility is required and living locally will be an advantage.
"No previous school experience is required but the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, good communication and have an interest in health and safety.
"Training will be given to the successful candidate.
