One of the highest-rated restaurants in Prestbury is up for sale.

Lilac Cottage, of New Road, is up for sale.

The Mediterranean, tapas, and Latin America-inspired eatery is set inside a Grade II Listed cottage.

It has an outdoor area round the front and back, and can seat 115 people.

As well as good online reviews, the new owner would also inherit a perfect food hygiene rating.

The business is on the market for £109,995. Bury firm Blacks Business brokers are selling it, which you find more about on this and this link.
