Macclesfield woman to appear on BBC One this weekend

A Macclesfield woman is to appear on national TV this weekend.
Hurdsfield resident Sue Armitt is will feature on a prime time slot under the revived incarnation of classic gameshow Blankety Blank.
Sue spends her days as a grandma and trustee of Macclesfield Pride.
And she will be making Macclesfield proud this weekend, appearing alongside seven celebrities.
"You can see me on BBC1 this Saturday November 19," said Sue.
"Tune in or record and see me fight for the coveted Blankety Blank cheque book and pen.
"I had so much fun with the other contestants, and we are all still in touch.
"One of my favourite celebrities was on the show as well."
"Bradley Walsh returns with a new series of the legendary Blankety Blank. Each week a panel of six celebrities will fill in the missing BLANKS to help some very lucky contestants win some amazing prizes."
"Joining the panel this week is The Queen of Latin and Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas, singer HRVY, football pundit Chris 'Kammy' Kamara, presenter Gabby Logan, actor and comedian Chris McCausland, and DJ and Ru Paul's Drag Race judge Michelle Visage."
Blankety Blank first aired in 1979, there has been 266 epusides across 18 series. The latest revived incarnation premiered on BBC in 2020.
It is Bradley Walsh's third series presenting the legendary gameshow.
