Macclesfield's Café de France is up for sale

A Macclesfield café has been put on the property market.

Café de France, of 65 Mill Street, which has been in business for over 20 years, is up for sale.

The French eatery is on the market with Harvey Silver Hodgkinson.

They describe the opportunity as a "mid parade location in the town centre, close to many other businesses and bus station, taking £3,500 per week, scope for deliveries and to obtain an alcohol licence."

"There is seating for approximately 78 with alfresco for approximately 6, Rent £270 per week."

The asking price to buy is £59,950.

The reported turnover, according to BusinessForSale.com is £182,000.

The current business is open six days a week, and shut on Sundays. But this could be changed with a prospective new owner.
