The founder of a cleaning business is looking to make a 'positive difference' in the community.

Rhiannan Drummond is the founder and owner of Rhi's Pixie Dusters, a professional cleaning company proudly based in Macclesfield.

For Rhiannan, cleaning is about far more than sparkling surfaces, it's about creating clean, safe and welcoming spaces for everyone.

She said: "My passion has always been helping people. Whether that is supporting busy families, helping businesses create clean, safe and welcoming environments, or assisting individuals through some of life's most difficult circumstances.

"Making a positive difference is at the heart of everything we do."

Rhiannan launched Rhi's Pixie Dusters in September 2021, having gained over eight years of experience within the cleaning industry.

Today, she has more than 13 years of industry experience behind her, knowledge that has helped shape both the company and the exceptionally high standards they pride themselves on.

"I started the business with a simple vision - to create a cleaning company that genuinely cares," Rhiannan said.

"I wanted to build a business that not only delivers exceptional standards, but also provides a personal, reliable and compassionate service to every client."

What began as a small domestic cleaning business has grown into a thriving company offering domestic, commercial, carpet and upholstery cleaning, exterior cleaning and specialist biohazard cleaning services.

Rhi's Pixie Dusters support homeowners, businesses, schools, health clinics and organisations across Macclesfield and the surrounding areas.

With such success, Rhiannan has had to expand her team.

In fact, she recently welcomed her husband, Jack, into the fold.

"Whilst I founded and initially built Rhi's Pixie Dusters alone, the incredible team members I have had the privilege of working alongside over the past five years have truly been the backbone of the company," Rhiannan.

"Without their hard work, dedication and commitment to delivering the highest standards for our clients, the growth and success we have achieved simply would not have been possible.

On what the future holds, Rhiannan added: "We are incredibly proud of how far Rhi's Pixie Dusters has come and are excited for what the future holds as we continue to grow, create opportunities within our local community and support even more people across Macclesfield and beyond.

"Whilst our roots remain firmly within our local community, we now cover a much wider radius and are excited to continue expanding our reach as the business grows."
