New detached home proposed in Macclesfield town centre
There could be a new home coming to Jordangate.
That is according to a planning application on the Cheshire East Council website.
It proposes the erection of a three story detached home, on spare land to the rear of 18 Jordangate.
Planners claim the proposed building 'is in keeping with the local historical style' and would be built of 'matching brickwork in Flemish bond'. The new house would come with three parking spaces, and a garden.
