"The burgers are our best-selling items so far", said Co-owner Svet Rankov.

"It represents what we are all about. We're a family business, who want to serve homemade food with top quality ingredients and good-sized portions.

"We're a family business, so a lot of these items are recipes we've been enjoying for years.

"We're of Serbian origin, so our burgers are what we make at home which is 50% pork mince 50% beef mince. Which gives each burger a unique flavour, and we have a wide range of them to choose from."

The restaurant is named after Svet's toddler, also called Mia.

Svet and his family have lived in the Macclesfield area for seven years.

"Our new alcohol menu comes with international wines, which compliments our European menu.

"We have Italian, but also South African and Chilean.

"We have a large selection of draught beers, bottled ciders and spirits.

"We are really proud of our cocktails. We have a special offer of two classic cocktails for a tenner.

"There are also some signature cocktails which are a little more expensive, but are really unique including a chocolate orange espresso martini cocktail which I invented five years ago.

"The best-selling cocktails are the Pornstar Martini and the champagne-based ones."

Their new licence includes a late night offering at weekends with drinks on until 1am.

They are open seven days a week from 9am, with the kitchen closing at 10pm on most days.

They can serve alcohol as soon as they open, if you fancy an aperitif in the morning.

Their food menu starts with an affordable breakfast, with locally-sourced and quality meat. Even spam makes a cameo on their hearty breakfast menu.

Many of their lunch and evening dishes are Italian, including their handmade pizzas which are as delicious on the eyes as they are the mouth.

Lunch items start from just £3.25. There's also desserts you can buy all day like baklava, rocky road and Sicilian lemon drizzle cake.

Other signature menu items include beef stroganoff, cordon bleu and chicken Milanese.

There's also specials menu which has showcased the Eastern European origin of the family business, such as goulash.

They can seat 28 people.

They can also cater for kids, vegans and veggies.

They take cash and card. You don't have to book.

The business, of 87 Mill Street, can be followed on Instagram.
