The track comes from her debut album What It Is To Know Colour, releasing early next year. Sam had this to say on the new single:

"The song is very mental health focused and was written about a friend who was going through a difficult time," she said.

"It is a very precious and emotional song which I think a lot of people will be able to relate to for various reasons, but the underlying message is a heart-warming message of love, care and offering an uplifting positive outlook, with the chorus consisting of the lyrics, 'But how my heart does ache at the way you don't see what I'm seeing, everything can change, even the world we live in.'

"Thank you to everyone in Macclesfield and beyond for your support of my music."

The new song has strings, a tearful piano and moving vocals. Complete with a stunning music video which walks through the Cheshire countryside.

You can listen to a preview of the song here. Or wait until Friday when it comes out on Spotify or Apple Music.

Sam also performs at weddings across Cheshire. You can also contact her for bookings via social media.
