A knight of the realm and all-time highest medal winner of any British athlete will come to Macclesfield today.

Sir Jason Kenny (33), will be making the short trip from his home to Macclesfield, where he will officially open a new cargo delivery hub for sustainable Macclesfield electric bike delivery business ELOV.

Director and rider of ELOV Russell Hope (43), invited the seven-time gold medal winning cyclist down to his companies' new space at the Macclesfield Indoor Market.

The event is to celebrate the expansion of the Macclesfield eBike delivery company.

The Manchester-born Olympian will be hosting a Q&A, where there will be free hot drinks from local suppliers Kickback Coffee. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

We'll reveal the full story on how the collaboration came to be in an upcoming article.
