Party bingo night with crazy prizes and bucking bronco coming to Bollington
A party bingo night with bizarre prizes and a bucking bronco is coming to Bollington.
Bonkers Bingo is back and promises to be 'bigger, crazier and cheekier than ever'.
Taking place at Bollington Civic Hall on Saturday, March 15, the event has been organised by Adlington Primary Parent Teacher Association to raise money for the school.
Chloe Rutter, a co-chair of the PTA, said: "Whether you're here for the bingo, the dancing, or just to laugh at your friends falling off a mechanical bull, one thing's for sure – it's going to be a night to remember.
"So, dust off your daubers, grab your glitter, and get ready to shout 'BINGO!' like you mean it."
Adlington Primary PTA put on the first Bonkers Bingo in 2022, with a life-sized cardboard cutout of Jeremy Clarkson one of the standout prizes from the night.
They have decided to 'up the ante' this time round.
Award-winning DJ is back to run the show, with five rounds of bingo in store, including two music rounds.
There will be some 'totally random' prizes up for grabs, including giant inflatables, memorabilia and things you didn't know you needed.
There will also be a jackpot £250 cash prize, sponsored by Café Waterside.
This year will also see the introduction of the Bonkers Rodeo.
For £5 a go you can showcase your cowboy skills aboard the bucking bronco, with a £250 prize for whoever can hang on the longest.
Money raised will go towards funding mobile cooking units, a new bike shelter, weekly swimming lessons and other PTA activities at Adlington Primary School.
"Every penny raised makes school life better, brighter, and a whole lot more fun for the kids," Chloe said.
The PTA are looking for businesses to sponsor the event, with packages ranging from £100 to £250.
For sponsorship opportunities, or to learn more, contact Chloe via [email protected] or on 07792102858.
Tickets for Bonkers Bingo go on sale on Saturday, February 1, and are expected to sell out very quickly.
