Police and paramedics attend two-vehicle collision in Macclesfield

A two-vehicle collision in Macclesfield this morning (20 August) led to police and paramedics attending the scene.

A police spokesperson said one of the drivers was treated by paramedics but his injuries are not thought to have sustained serious injuries.

The incident occurred around 8am at the junction of Great King Street and Catherine Street.

It involved a black Ford car and a white van.

The spokesperson said that both of the vehicles have been removed from the junction.
