Prestbury funnyman Paddy McGuinness donates M&S lunch to frontline workers

TV presenter and Prestbury resident Paddy McGuinness has shown his generosity by donating a free M&S lunch to frontline workers.

A meal was delivered to the Congleton District Nurses today (Thursday) with a special gift message from Paddy, who acknowledged the tireless efforts of frontline workers during the coronavirus pandemic.

The gift card, signed by Mr McGuinness, read: "Dear amazing person!

"Please enjoy this small, yet tasty, token of my appreciation.

"Thank you."

A member of the Congleton District Nurses team Tweeted on behalf of herself and her colleagues expressing their thanks to Paddy for the kind gesture.

Taking to social media, the nurse said: "A huge thank you Paddy and M&S from Congleton District Nurses for lunch.

"It definitely lifted our spirits."
