Macc Pride may have been and gone this weekend, but a comedy 'gayla' will take place this weekend.

The ongoing partnership of Nodding Dog Comedy, RedWillow Brewery, and Cinemac has clubbed together to produce a comedy filled evening on Friday 12th July, all in support of Macc Pride.

The show will star multi award-winning comedians such as Tom Wrigglesworth, MC Johnathon Mayor and Kiri Pritchard-Mclean, with more supporting acts to be confirmed.

Held every month, Nodding Dog's partnership with local businesses has experienced huge success amongst locals in Macclesfield.

"Always a great night out", one of the previous audience members wrote.

"Laughter really is the best medicine, and we really feel like we have a good few spoonfuls at every event.

"We rarely miss a night.

"Thank you for making this happen in Macclesfield!"

The show lasts from 8-11pm at Cinemac cinema on Roe Street, SK116UT.

The three-hour evening involves grabbing some drinks and enjoying fresh comedy from comedians who are rising as superstars through their recent work.

The comedians have recently featured on TV shows such as "Live at the Apollo" and "Have I got news for you" as well as a broad range of radio stations and events.

Tickets cost £16.96 at Eventbrite.co.uk, and follow the StandUp Macclesfield Comedy Club on Facebook for more updates and events.
