Scenic music festival makes long-awaited return after 12 year hiatus

After 12 long years, Windystock is back.
Set in the hills above Macclesfield, the legendary festival will help celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Windway Trust.
Expect 12 hours of non-stop music with some of the area's most popular bands set to take to the stage.
Christine Earles, chair of the animal rescue charity, said: "Windyway Trust are delighted to host Windystock again and raise funds to continue the work we do as a local charity.
"We provide a home for in the region of 230 animals a year, and pay vets bills for many more in the community.
"This year is the 20th anniversary of Windyway Trust and what better way than a huge party in a field!"

Taking place on Saturday (July 26), this year's event will see entertainment split across two stages – see below for the full lineup.
There will also be a bar and food vendors including Bidlea Dairy ice cream, a tea, coffee and cake van, and pizza.
Only alcohol purchased on-site is allowed due to licensing however festivalgoers are welcome to bring picnics, just no glass as the land is usually used for livestock.
To make getting to the festival even easier, Windyway will be running a shuttle bus from Waters Green throughout the day for a small donation.
Alternatively, parking is available in Teggs Nose Car Park and there is also overnight camping and a few campervan spots available.
