Join accessory designer Heidi Reid for a 'fun, creative, in-person event' at the Old Sunday School on Roe Street.
At this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of brick stitch beading while creating your own stylish monochrome earrings.

New Dawn Fades

New Dawn Fades - A Play About Joy Division comes to its spiritual home of Macclesfield for the first time ever this weekend.
Written and directed by Brian Gorman, it tells the story of four ordinary lads who came together to form one of the most influential bands of all time.

Saturday (18/10)
A Sibelius Festival

Macclesfield United Reformed Church on Park Green hosts a concert of music by Sibelius on Saturday.
Performed by Macclesfield Symphony Orchestra, the programme consists of Symphony No. 2 in D plus Finlandia, Valse Triste and Karelia Suite.
Then, on Sunday, it is the turn of Macclesfield Concert Band, who will be performing an eclectic mix of music for their Autumn Concert.
Tuesday (21/10)
Bushcraft Day

Looking ahead to next week, Modern Woolfare and The Wild Project are teaming up for a bushcraft day.
Taking place at Cinemac, this hands-on session will offer young adventurers the chance to learn skills such as safe knife handling, fire making and shelter crafting.
In the evening, the event will shift focus to look at men's wellbeing, offering a chance to learn new skills and reconnect with nature.
