Healing through Hiking

Julia Hartley is leading a healing hike around Macclesfield Forest.
She said: "I created these walks in nature for women who have experienced or are struggling with narcissistic abuse because I know how isolating and overwhelming the healing journey can feel.
"My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can start to trust yourself again, in your own time, find clarity, and feel the healing power of nature."

Tuesday (12/08)
