Holden & Prescott crowned town's best estate agents in 'golden year' for Macclesfield
Macclesfield's best estate agent has been revealed.
Holden & Prescott has been named the Gold Winner for Macclesfield at the British Property Awards 2025.
The independent estate agent performed 'outstandingly' throughout the judging period, which involved visits from a mystery shopper.
Co-founder and director Will Prescott said: "Holden & Prescott Estate Agents winning the Gold Award for Sales and Lettings in 2025 is a brilliant achievement and shows our commitment to excellent service in the property market.

The British Property Awards' mystery shoppers judge each estate agent on a set of 25 criteria.
These criteria explore different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure each agency has been 'rigorously and fairly' judged.
Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said "If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time.
"Winning agents should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition."

News of the Holden & Prescott's success comes amid rumours of a new partnership with Macclesfield FC.
Mr Prescott said: "The upcoming year holds exciting projects for us and we are eager to continue our mission of providing unparalleled service to our customers.
"And with Macclesfield Town Football Club also winning their league, it's truly a golden year for the town both on and off the pitch.

As a result of their Gold Winner status, Holden & Prescott have now been shortlisted for a number of national awards which will be announced later in the year.
