Macclesfield College hosts its first open event of the year later this month.

It will offer the chance to find out more about the college's wide range of part-time, professional and access courses.

A spokesperson said: "The January Open Event on January 22 is a great opportunity to see what Macclesfield College is all about.

"Whether you're a school leaver, an adult looking to upskill or someone wanting to try something new, visitors can explore our campus, view our facilities and meet our amazing team for advice and guidance."

The January open event takes place from 5.30pm to 7pm on Thursday, January 22.

Those who attend will get to take a tour of the modern campus and its industry standard facilities.

You will also be able to chat with tutors about pathways to university, apprenticeships or career progression.

There will also be live demonstrations and student showcases.

You can also learn more about the support services available, including financial aid, subsidised travel, learning support and mental health and wellbeing guidance
