A suspected drug dealer has been arrested following a raid in Macclesfield.

Cheshire Police officers executed a warrant at an address on Somerton Road on Wednesday morning, August 5.

Aaron Bradley was arrested at the scene and subsequently charged with a string of offences.

"At around 8.10am on Wednesday, August 5, officers executed a warrant at an address on Somerton Road, Macclesfield," said a police spokesperson.

"Aaron Bradley was arrested at the address and has since been charged with two counts of possession of cannabis, two counts of possession of criminal property, being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possessing a Class C drug, and possessing a Class A drug (crack cocaine).

"The 35-year-old of Somerton Road, Macclesfield, has been bailed to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, September 3."
