Three popular music tracks by Macclesfield musicians in 2022

Every month, we round-up new pieces of music released by Macclesfield musicians.
But it is easy to let a few slip through our radar, so without further ado, here's a list of three Macclesfield music pieces released in 2022.
All artists are signed, and received tens of thousands of streams for these tracks.
Cassia
We have reported on Cassia lots this year, as they released their second charting album and performed a homecoming show at Mash in Macclesfield.
But what we failed to mention was a popular remix of their track Confidence.
Berkshire artist Tayo Sound joined the lads from Prestbury, Tytherington and the Moss on the remix of
It has since been streamed over 150,000 times across all platforms.

The Virginmarys
The only track by the The Virginmarys that we didn't write an article about this year, Devil Keeps Coming is the thumping lead track from the duo's three-track EP of the same name.
The band have just performed a gig at Cinemac in Macclesfield, on December 21.
Their long-awaited fourth album beckons in 2023. But in the meantime, you can listen to Devil Keeps Coming.
It has been streamed over 20,000 times.
Hatty Keane
In the spring, Macclesfield nu-disco pop singer Hatty Keane released her single Jackson Shoes.
It has since gone on to receive over 30,000 views.
