Macclesfield Comedy Club return to Cinemac Cinema next month, with a triple bill of TV comedians!

Nodding Dog Comedy, who deliver live comedy every month in Macclesfield, will host their next event on Friday March 1.

The nights are already famed for bringing big names from the UK comedy circuit to town, but the first Cinemac show of 2024 looks to be an extra special occasion.

Headlining on the nights is Tiff Stevenson. Tiff has not only appeared at all the biggest clubs and festivals in comedy, but has been seen showing off her comedic talents on shows like Mock The Week and Never Mind The Buzzcocks. She also has some very impressive comedic acting credits having starred in huge hits The Office and People Just Do Nothing.

Supporting is stand up heavy weight Tez Ilyas. Tez also is no stranger to the TV studio lights with a huge list of credits which include Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, The Last Leg, Man Like Mobeen and much more!

MC on the night is the brilliant Alun Cochrane. With one foot in the comedy legends camp Alun is one of the very finest acts iaround. He has appeared on everything from Have I Got News For You to 8 Out of 10 Cats.

Finally, if that wasn't enough already, the night gives an opportunity to a rising star in form of Melina Fiol, who won the 2023 Macclesfield New Comedian of the Year at RedWillow in December.

Promoter Kev Rook from Nodding Dog Comedy commented on his joy of all things comedy in Macclesfield. "We promote live comedy events, quite literally, all over the UK. Macclesfield without a doubt is our very favourite place to put on shows. It's an absolute delight to bring TV comedians and introduce the next big things to comedy lovers in the town and this next show, plus some amazing lineups to come, demonstrates just how important Macclesfield is to us and how much we now feel part of the fabric of the town."

Tickets for Friday 1st March at Cinemac Cinema are selling fast and are available from the link here: https://www.jokepit.com/e/11195.

It costs £15 a ticket, but be quick, as they will sell out!
