A very unique listening party to Pink Floyd's best-known album will take place near Macclesfield.

The Dark Side of the Moon, which is one of the biggest-selling albums of all-time, has themes of humanity and death.

But it also implies astronomy with the title and cover.

So Jodrell Bank's spacey-setting will be the perfect accompaniment to the album celebrating 50 years since it was released.

The album was released 50 years ago in March.

From October 7 to October 14, there will be numerous opportunities to enjoy the album which contains tracks like Money and Time.

"Immerse yourself in a mesmerizing fusion of captivating visuals and surround sound, taking you on a journey through time and space. This one-of-a-kind event combines cutting-edge technology with the heart of Pink Floyd's music.

"Step into an immersive 3D world that will transport you beyond imagination. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to dive into the cosmic depths and feel the music like never before."
