Four England international rugby players are coming to Macclesfield, in an event announced just a day before our nation's crucial World Cup Semi-Final against South Africa.
The 'Rugby World Cup Hot Debrief' is a ticketed Q&A and fundraiser to be held at The King's School on Alderley Road, Prestbury.
The four players attending - who are all in Steve Borthwick's squad currently competing in the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France - will be George Ford, Manu Tuilagi, Tom Curry and Bevan Rodd.
The event will be hosted by Will Cliff, who works for local wealth management firm Franklyn, and is a former Macclesfield Rugby Player.
In a statement, The King's School said: "We know England have at least made the semi-finals of the Rugby World Cup but how did they get there and what happened behind the scenes?"
"Come and join Will Cliff for an insightful Rugby World Cup 2023 hot debrief with George Ford, Manu Tuilagi, Tom Curry and Bevan Rodd as part of the 'Cliffy 9' Testimonial year supporting three charities: The Joshua Tree, Restart Rugby and The Sale Sharks Foundation."
The event will take place on Wednesday 15 November at The King's School in the Jackson Hall from 6.00pm – 8.00pm.
Tickets are £10 per person and available to buy here https://fatso.ma/YLTI [fatso.ma] or via the Cliffy9 website www.cliffy9.com.
