'Historic' win sees school football team claim second county title in three years

A school football team have claimed their second county title in three years.
Tytherington School's Year 10 team secured a historic victory in the Cheshire Schools FA U15 Emberton Cup last week.
It took a hard-fought 1-0 win over Hazel Grove High School at Seddon Street, home of Middlewich Town FC.
The decisive moment came in the first half when Zach Knight confidently converted a penalty.
Headteacher, Manny Botwe, said: "This is a historic win.
"We have only won two county cups since 1993 and they have all been won by this tremendous team."

A total of 61 teams from across the county entered this year's Cheshire Schools Cup.
Tytherington's journey to the final started emphatically with a 7-0 win away at Middlewich High School.
They followed this up with a 4-0 win at home to Stockport School before back-to-back away wins against Hartford High and Altrincham Grammar, the games finishing 3-1 and 5-2 respectively.
Back at home for the semi-final, Tytherington came up against The Heath, who they were able to dispatch of comfortably, coming out 5-0 winners.
The success of Tytherington's team not only highlights their skill and determination but also the coaching and support from Josh Clowes, Dave Fitzsimmons, and the entire PE team.
