Macclesfield has staked a claim to be the squash capital of Cheshire.
This was after hundreds of competitive youth squash matches took place last weekend.
A England Squash Sanctioned Silver Tournament, one of only six held each year, took place in Upton Priory and a Macclesfield parish.
There were 226 Matches last weekend at both Everybody Health & Leisure's Macclesfield Leisure Centre and Prestbury Squash Club.
The tournament attracted some of the highest Ranking Juniors from across the Country.

Some players even travelled across from Wales & Ireland.
Inspire Squash Founder and Head Coach Chris Ogden helped organise the tournament.

"It wouldn't have been possible without the support of Everybody Health & Leisure and all the volunteers who helped the weekend run smoothly.
"There were a number of our own Juniors at the INSPIRE Squash Academy who entered as well, generating some local interest. There were nine of our Juniors competing across the different age groups.
"The best result came from Madisen Walters who has just turned 15, however had to play up in the Girls U19's. Despide playing much older Girls she finished 2nd.
"There was some brilliant Squash on display and some hotly contested matches. It was great to see some of the best Junior Players in the country competing.
