The leading housebuilder welcomed would-be buyers to its Fence Avenue community where a four bedroom Bayswater show home and a three storey, three bedroom Kennett view home were unveiled.
For those attending the launch weekend at Kings Park, a coffee van was stationed outside of the show homes to provide complimentary refreshments.
Philippa Stewart, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: "It was lovely seeing a number of prospective customers visit our Kings Park development over the launch weekend for our show home and view home.
"We now have three show homes and a view home ready to tour at the development, and we'd welcome anyone who's looking to take their first or next step on the property ladder to visit our Sales Advisers."
Guests at the launch event were greeted by Bean and Bubble which, local to Macclesfield, served a wide range of refreshments from its 1976 Volkswagen camper van.
Once complete, Kings Park will accommodate 300 properties, and there is currently a selection of three and four bedroom homes available with prices starting from £280,000.
Residents at the new community can enjoy canalside walks, or the many trails on offer at Macclesfield Forest. The town itself boats a variety of high street shops, independent restaurants and supermarkets.
