Average house price in Bollington up six percent in two years

£309,322. That is the average house price in in Bollington for 2021.

The average prices in the Happy Valley passed the £300,000 threshold in 2018, before hitting £303,924 in 2019.

And now we can see the impact of the pandemic has had the property market of the Macclesfield area civil parish, according to property website Rightmove.

In 2021, properties in Bollington had an overall average price of £309,322 over the last year.

This was an increase of just six percent since 2019, which pales in comparison to Macclesfield's average house price rise of almost fifty percent in the same period.

The majority of sales in Bollington during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £237,440.

Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £348,104, with detached properties fetching £473,269.

79 properties in Bollington were sold in the last year via Rightmove.

According to GOV.UK, the latest average house price value in the north west is £197,797.

The 2021 average house sale price for the UK was £270,708.
