5k Your Way is all about getting moving! Whether you walk, jog, or run, it's a chance to be active, connect with others, and boost your health. Plus, there'll be coffee, cake and chat after at the Park Tavern, Park Lane. 

Anyone affected by cancer can participate. Whether you're living with or beyond cancer, looking after a loved one, or a healthcare professional - this is for you! You can walk, jog, run, or simply show your support. The course is multiple laps, so you can just do a portion if you prefer. 

Meet us at Macclesfield parkrun (South Park). Look out for our friendly ambassadors by the Bandstand in their bright blue t- shirts !
