Learn all about the history of rum, how we, The Forest Distillery have ended up at The Cat and Fiddle and how we produce our wonderful spirits onsite.

You will enjoy tutored tastings of our brand new rum, along with tall drinks, sampling our perfect serve.

Finishing the day with a trip down into our 200 year old cellars where our future production is currently sleeping.
