An exercise to music class for people aged 50 and over.

The class is low impact exercise class to music to maintain, improve and prolong fitness and mobility. Suitable for those with some level of fitness. We aim to cater for all levels with adaptations offered in class.

They meet in Macclesfield at midday every Tuesday until mid July then start up again 5 September for a 12 week block.
