The latest artist to appear in our series of lunchtime concerts is local pianist Simon Conning. Simon studied at the King's School and the junior department of the Royal Northern College of Music, before moving to the Royal College in London and a career in the West End as a Musical Director. He is delighted to be playing his first recital in his home town since 1979. His programme will include pieces by Ravel and Mozart. The concert is from 1.15 - 1.45pm, and refreshments or light meals can be enjoyed before or after the performance from our Angel At My Table cafe.
