MaccPride took place last Saturday.
The volunteer-led event which began in 2018 is a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community and allies.
As well as the wonderful residents of Macclesfield and further afield who showed up, companies also pledged their support, from Superbowl UK to the Co-op in Macclesfield, who donated tonnes of Pride decorations and goody bags.
The event - which will return next year - is powered by Trustees like Hurdsfield mum Sue Armitt.
"We had an absolutely fabulous Pride, as seen in the fantastic photos from Irene Lea," said Sue.
"The official footfall of people through the town centre was 14,553.
"Whilst 4,000 down from last year, we were amazed that so many people braved the thunder and rain to support us.
"The theme was Around the World with Pride and some of the photos capture that well, especially the one with languages.
George Smith from Superbowl UK Macclesfield, who kindly sponsored the main stage and continue to support us all year long, hosted.
"The acts were incredible, with Tommy J (juggler) from Britain's Got Talent, to Lady GaGa tribute Nicola Marie, a crowd favourite and the Gay Gordons country dancing, who had the audience in stitches as they taught them dance moves.
"It was an amazing day, fab atmosphere and Macclesfield Pride did us all proud again increasing visibility and reducing negativity whilst promoting equality and celebrating diversity.
"Overall, a fantastic turnout despite the weather."
