I'm Ciara Dodd - an estate agent based in Macclesfield, and I've been in the industry for nearly 20 years - more than 50% of my life!

I've worked in High Street Agency for the majority of my career, in all the roles you could imagine and recently made the decision to step away to create a business, based on low numbers, great 1-1 personal service and exceptional marketing and I was lucky enough to get to do that partnering with @tauk_property 

We're all seeing the estate agency world changing and it's so exciting to be able to offer such a bespoke service to the people that trust me to sell their home - in the right way, for the most money, and the smoothest process. 

That's why you deal with me from start to finish, I meet you, we discuss your needs and the campaign is drawn up together, you have my mobile number and we chat daytime, evening or weekends to suit your schedule. 

Open House launches are conducted by me - Because I know your house, your situation, your needs. 

I handle the offers. I speak to the solicitors. I hand over your keys. I deal with any bumps in the road along the way ( and let's not pretend there won't be any!) 

And I'll help you find your dream home if you're moving on. 

All fuelled by plenty of laughs and plenty of caffeine along the way.
