An eight-year-old schoolgirl has been celebrated for her sporting achievements.
Park Lane Pupil Arla-Mae Morrey, who is autistic and has global developmental delay, has been named the Everybody Health & Leisure Sports Personality of the Year.
The awards aim to celebrate inspiring young people
Thomas Barton, CEO of Everybody Health and Leisure, said: "Arla-Mae is an inspiration, and I can't wait to see what she will do next.
"We are so proud of all our junior award winners and finalists.
"This year we had some really strong entries from across the borough, showcasing the incredible efforts and achievements of our children and young people in sport and community contributions."

Arla-Mae's nomination form describes her as 'an exceptional young girl, whose determination, bright spirit, and joyful energy inspire everyone around her to see the fun and possibility in every challenge'.
This year, she gained her Level 1 in swimming, completed her Level 1 ballet exam and earned a certificate with Riding for the Disabled Association.
She also represented Park Lane School at sports events such as athletics, team events and inclusive competitions.
Meanwhile, Arla-Mae's football club named her 'Trainer of the Week' multiple times this year due to her 'enthusiasm, teamwork, and positive attitude'.
She also participated in the Everybody Games, where she won the Spirit of the Games Award.
