Bollington Beer Festival aims to raise £12,000 for charity this summer
The Bollington Beer Festival, sponsored by the Bollington Brewing Co. is returning to Bollington Arts Centre this summer July 12 and July 13.
There will be the usual choice of 48 cask beers, including many from the Macclesfield area.
New this year you'll be able to buy 2/3rds of a pint, as well as the usual halves and pints thanks to some fantastic new glasses provided by the Bollington Veterinary Centre.
Cider and gin drinkers will also be catered for too!
Rather than one charity, the event raises money for multiple charities across Bollington, revealed after the event. (Get your tickets HERE).
Phil Parry, of Bollington Beer Festival said: "Last year we had some fairly inclement weather to contend with, yet it didn't deter the good folk of Bollington from turning out in large numbers again to support this annual fundraising event for local charities."
"With the help of our wonderful volunteers and our generous sponsors, and of course our lovely, thirsty attendees, we managed to raise £12,500, every penny of which went to our Bollington-based worthy causes."
"A huge thank you to all of them."
"Sponsorship is still available and, starting at just £60, a fantastic way to increase the awareness of your business.
"To discuss this further, please email [email protected])."
There is a Friday evening session, Saturday afternoon session and Saturday nighttime.
Children are welcome at the Saturday daytime session only.
