Cannabis farm discovered inside former register office in Macclesfield

A cannabis farm has been discovered in Macclesfield.
Cheshire Police executed a warrant a property on Park Green at around 8am on Monday morning, January 19.
Upon entering the building, understood to be the former register office, officers discovered a cannabis farm.
It is understood the electricity had also been bypassed.
Police say that enquiries to locate those responsible are now underway.
