A pub in Macclesfield will serve a special ale to mark the Coronation of King Charles III.

The Brocklehurst Arms, of 40 Manchester Road in Tytherington, is the only pub in Macclesfield to serve this Coronation beer.

The product is described as a "refreshing golden ale is crafted using a fusion of fragrant hops, resulting in a pleasantly hoppy aroma and flavour profile."

It has "bright tropical fruit notes and smooth, satisfying finish."

Many Greene King pubs - like The Brocklehurst Arms - will be serving the special ale which is 4% ABV.

The pub group has a long tradition of brewing special beers for coronations and jubilees.

But if you want to try the new product, be quick, as once it is gone it is gone.

The Coronation is on Saturday May 6.
