Police name suspect charged with burglary of pensioner's home in Bollington

Police have named the suspect arrested in connection with a burglary at the home of a pensioner in Bollington.
Jonathan Martin has been charged with a string of offences following reports of a break in at an address on Cedarway on Saturday, March 14.
The victim reported that an unknown person had burgled her home and stolen her purse and bank cards.
The caller also reported that a number of cash withdrawals had been made.
Following enquiries, detectives from Macclesfield Proactive CID arrested a 48-year-old man from Macclesfield in relation to the incident.
Martin, of Hurdsfield Road in Macclesfield, has since been charged with one count of burglary, two counts of fraud by false representation, one count of attempt to commit fraud by false representation and one count of driving without insurance.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, March 20.
