Macclesfield's top embroider will be sharing her skills on a festive December afternoon.

Leigh Jennings AKA @intwosandthrees will be hosting a two-hour workshop sharing embroidery skills that anyone can do.

The event will take place at The Picturedrome on Chestergate on Thursday December 8, from 3pm to 5pm.

"Fancy a relaxed afternoon making something festive while sippin' a mulled wine and scoffing a mince pie?," she said.

"I'm excited to host an embroidery workshop at @picturedromemacc on December 8.

"The piece [you will get to take home] is designed by me with a few different embroidery techniques that are suitable for all abilities.

"We can even add some festive text or seasonal swears.

"All materials included, plus some extras for taking home.

It costs £25 and spaces are limited, so be quick!

Festive nibbles are included in the price, as is a small donation to a local charity.

The event will coincide with Christmas Jumper Day, which will mean all of Macclesfield will be feeling extra festive.

It is one of multiple events at The Picturedrome with Macclesfield traders, including a market to be held in both November and December.
