A narrowboat-turned-farm farm shop will feature in an upcoming episode of popular TV show.

Narrow Escapes is back on the small screen, with series three getting underway on Channel 4 earlier this month.

The Floating Farmshop will take centre stage in an episode airing next week, with filming having taken place in Bollington in May 2025.

Owner Naomi Cooper said: "I'm really excited to have been featured on series three of Narrow Escapes.

"It'll be really nice to see how far I've come and what has changed in the year since they filmed!"

Originally from Arnside in Cumbria, Naomi purchased the narrowboat, which she has named Sunflower, in 2023.

She saw it as being a good way to improve her mental health, as well as being 'more achievable' than purchasing a house.

"Being closer to nature really helps keep my depression at bay and the idea of leading a slower, more intentional life with less belongings also appealed to me," Naomi said.

Since setting sail last year, the Floating Farmshop has visited communities up and downs the Macclesfield Canal, offering a variety of fresh produce, preserves, flowers, baked goods and sweet treats.

Next up for Naomi is a trip to Bollington the weekend of July 11 and 12.

She will also be hosting some unique events throughout the summer, including towpath supper clubs - an al fresco three-course dining experience.

There will also be pickle making workshops, with Naomi inviting people to hop aboard and learn to how make their own jars of mixed pickles.

More details can be found online here.

The Narrow Escapes episode featuring the Floating Farmshop will air on Channel 4 during the week commencing Monday, June 15.
