An opportunity to let an empty shop in central Macclesfield has gone live.

Previously available to let with Greenham Commercial for £11,000, 33 Sunderland Street has switched property firms and is now on the market with Hallams for the same rent per annum.

The takeaway was used last year as the short-lived takeaway Macc Aleppo.

Improvements have since took place on the building, which is now coloured black.

The unit is in-between Dinah's and Suzy Relaxing Massage, on Sunderland Street.

The property comprises 552 square feet. What would you like to see it be?

Enquiries on the property can be made HERE.
