'Heartbroken' - Treacle Market cancelled as high winds expected

The Treacle Market has been cancelled.
Organisers have confirmed that this month's market cannot go ahead with the Met Office forecasting gusts of up to 60mph on Sunday, February 23.
It is the third time in four months the market has been cancelled as a result of the weather.
A post on the event's Facebook page read: "We know this is incredibly hard to believe given the past few months, plus today's beautiful weather, but tomorrow, Treacle Market Sunday, the forecast for high winds remains throughout our trading hours and just wouldn't be safe to go ahead, both for visitors, sellers and set up team.
"We're heartbroken to be doing this, but the weather is entirely out of everyone's control. We've discussed all alternative options as always with ANSA (who set up the stalls from 4am) and have previously discussed with traders. We've been weather watching all week and have seen other outdoor markets have had to make this decision too.
"In order for our traders to make appropriate adjustments and alternative arrangements we're making this decision now and keep our Treacle community at the top of our priority.
"Please do support the makers, artists, bakers and chefs where possible, it's a difficult time for all at the moment.
"Keep an eye on the social media of traders and see how you might be able to help and remember just a card / cake / gift voucher can make a huge difference.
"Next month will be bigger and better, we promise - we just need to practice our sunshine dances!"
