Indoor play centre set to open at Macclesfield's Grosvenor Centre
By Matthew Hancock-Bruce 26th Aug 2026
A new indoor play centre is opening in Macclesfield.
Teeny Town looks set to take over one of the vacant units at the Grosvenor Centre.
A poster has been shared on social media by the registered owner of the business, Chloe Watkins, stating that it will be 'opening soon'.
It adds: "We're busy getting everything ready.
"A little world of big imagination is coming to Macclesfield.
"Teeny Town is preparing to open a brand new indoor play centre for little ones to play, learn and grow, while grown-ups can relax and enjoy a comfortable space."
According to the poster, there will be three main aspects to Teeny Town.
First is the role play village, described as a 'miniature world for imaginative little explorers'.
Second is the sensory area, offering a 'calming space to explore lights, textures and sounds'.
Last but not least is messy play, with children able to enjoy some hands-on fun.
There will also be a café for parents and guardians to relax with a drink while the little ones play, as well as a breastfeeding space.

The poster continues: "We can't wait to welcome you!
"Our new space is currently under renovation. Keep an eye out for opening updates."
Teeny Town will take over Unit 6 at the Grosvenor Centre, located opposite Boots, next to Greggs.
Ms Watkins has been contacted for further information.
