A Macclesfield barbershop is looking to retain its crown as Britain's best.
Crate Cheshire has been named as a finalist for Barbershop of the Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards 2026.
Having claimed the title in both 2021 and 2025, this latest shortlisting reinforces the brand's status as one of the UK's most influential and forward-thinking barbershops.
Charles Rose is the founder of Crate Cheshire, which has branches in Northwich, Knutsford, Macclesfield and Manchester.
He said: "We're incredibly proud to be named a finalist at the British Hairdressing Business Awards for the sixth time!
"It means so much to be recognised again on a national stage.
"Crate is built on the passion, dedication and talent of our team, and this nomination is a true reflection of their hard work and commitment to excellence.
"To be acknowledged among such an inspiring group of businesses is a real honour."

Now in its 28th year, the British Hairdressing Business Awards aim to celebrate those who combine creativity with smart, sustainable business practices.
Hundreds of entries were reviewed by an expert judging panel, with the shortlist of finalists released earlier this month.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony on Monday, March 2, at the Royal Lancaster London.
Mark Moloney, managing director of HJ's British Hairdressing Business Awards, commented: "The British Hairdressing Business Awards celebrate far more than success, they recognise the resilience, leadership and innovation that underpin a thriving industry.
"Our 2026 finalists demonstrate exceptional business insight and a genuine commitment to excellence, while playing a vital role in supporting local high streets, creating jobs and delivering outstanding client experiences.
"The quality of entries this year was truly impressive."
