A retail premises in Macclesfield has recently been added to the rental property market.

A commercial unit on Charlotte Street is now available to lease.

38 Charlotte Street, currently operating as Heritage Hair Salon, is after a new tenant.

Macclesfield's Hallams Property Consultants are marketing the property. They said in a brochure: "The property comprises ground floor retail space with with open frontage and a generous first floor space with high ceilings which also suitable for further retail/salon use."

When visiting the property on Thursday, nobody was in. So Heritage Hair Salon have been contacted for comment.

"The property is fully self contained with W/C and kitchen area and a small rear yard area.

"The area is flush with footfall being next to Macclesfield Medical Centre and opposite the Everlast Gym, the latter of which has a large public car park attached - ideal for customer parking. Nearby occupiers include larger corporate entities like Aldi as well as small independent shops/bars/restaurants."

The site is on for £1000 per calendar month, or £12,000 per annum. The two storey unit comprises 635 square feet.
