A Macclesfield town centre building is up for sale.

74 and 74B Chestergate, which contains a retail premises and flat, went up for sale last week.

The west Chestergate unit is on the market for £200,000.

The property comprises 1306 square feet, with the shop on the ground floor. The apartment is spread across two floors.

The sale of the building will not affect the plant shop currently ran downstairs, according to Hallams Property Consultants.
