Garage to homes conversion proposed in south west Macclesfield

A former commercial garage could become two new properties.

That is according to a planning application on the Cheshire East Council website.

The car garage last occupied by Croft Engine Services, on 6A Barton Street, could become 'two residential units', if plans are approved.

The site will comprise two four bedroom houses.
