Today, we head to the West Park Co-op in Macclesfield.

They're after a Customer Team Leader, and can pay you over £11 per hour plus benefits.

The shop is open from 6am to 10pm daily, but you may be working outside these hours as well if required. And you'll get paid a 'premium rate' if you work outside the regular opening hours.

The contract is over 30 hours per week, with opportunities for regular overtime in this full-time role.

The job description describes: "As a customer team leader at Co-op, you'll help put our store purpose into practice. You'll connect people and causes in your local community, provide great service to our customers, and give coaching and support to our colleagues in-store.

"In return, we'll help you to become a purpose driven Co-op leader. You'll learn how our stores are run, and develop your leadership skills so that when an opportunity to progress comes up, you're in a great place to grab it.

"The working pattern is five varied shifts over seven days including early mornings (5.30am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

"Full training will be given."

And it is a job that does good for the community as well.

The store, located next to the West Park Subway, raised thousands for Maclesfield charities last year. (And will do so again this year).

The job description continued: "This job would suit people who have strong organisational and problem solving skills, great communication skills, along with a desire to learn, grow and develop your skills."
